You must book a few hours before the session, but if we're open and ready, and have spaces... then you'll be able to book then and there for the next session.
We normally run sessions on the hour for 60 minutes around high tide. You'll share the sauna with 4-5 other people.

We will start offering discounted rates for regular sauna members where you can buy a block of 5 or 10 tickets for a lower price.
